We're all searching for something. Every now and then, a songwriter stumbles across a way of expressing it differently. These are my songs, but they're not really mine. I just had the privilege of discovering them. I hope you enjoy them.

The thing that gets me about Christmas (much more than the perennial question of what to buy for my dad) is the sheer lunacy of the incarnation. God chose to become not only human, but the most vulnerable of humans - born to an unmarried teenager in a country under brutal military occupation and hunted by the nation’s puppet government.
In doing so, He changed everything.

I seem to spend a lot of my life caught between things. Caught between who and where I am, and who and where I'd like to be. Between old friends and new beginnings. Between darkness and light. Between sin and redemption. Between two elsewheres. Recorded in one slightly crazy week in the country during the summer of 2009, it features Simon Winnicott on guitars and backing vocals, Elena Dudley on backing vocals and Martin Flett on additional guitars.
